Andy brings more than three decades of real-world, international experience in learning and development. Across a career spent helping learning organisations grow, he has developed a deep understanding of markets, partnerships, scale, and the practical realities of turning a strong educational idea into lasting impact.
About Andy
Andy began his career with Kaplan before spending ten years as Commercial Director at the Inspirational Development Group, where he worked in partnership with the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He later returned to Kaplan as a Global Vice President for seven years.
More recently, as Head of Strategic Partnerships at Meta Team, Andy has helped organisations apply data-driven approaches to team development and build partnerships across international markets. That combination of learning expertise, commercial leadership, and partnership development makes him a natural fit for Skill Chamber.
Experience that is already making a difference
Even before formally joining the team, Andy had begun to change our thinking for the better. His questions and perspective have helped us sharpen our approach to target markets, growth, strategic partnerships, and the opportunities ahead of us.
As Partner, Andy will work alongside the founding team as we build the relationships and commercial foundations needed to take Skill Chamber into more organisations and more learning environments.
Joining at an important moment
Andy joins at a significant point in the Skill Chamber story. After a long period focused on building and refining the product, we are beginning to welcome new client partners and expand outwards. His experience will help us approach that next stage with greater clarity, ambition, and care.
